Comment se rendre a Kanchanaburi

Thailand-World guide, Kanchanaburi, Se rendre

By Car : From Bangkok, visitors can take a 2-hour drive along Highway No.4 (Phetkasem) via Nakhon Chaisi, Nakhon Pathom, Ban Pong, Tha Maka, Tha Muang to Kanchanaburi.

Taxi : The fastest, but most expensive way to get to Kanchanaburi. From any where in Bangkok, taxi drivers will be able to get you here in about 90 mins for anywhere between 1,000-3,000 baht, up to your bargaining skills. If Thai speakers can do the bargaining for you the price will probably be better. Be willing to guide them to where you want to go once they have arrived in town.

By Bus : Standard 1 buses (blue colour) leave Bangkok’s Southern Bus Terminal ("Sai Dai") from 5 a.m. till 10.30 p.m. daily at about 15 minute intervals. The journey takes 2 hours.

Heading back from Kanchanaburi air-con buses leave from near the main bus station every 15 minutes and in July
